    Windows? Benutz doch mal netstat um zu sehen, welcher Prozess dahinter steht.

    edit: Oder benutz doch einfach mal google. Eine Suche nach diesen Zahlen liefert schon bei den ersten Treffern viele relevante Ergebnisse. Das ist ganz normal für Windows Vista und Nachfolger:
