Es gibt da einige, die min. grün, gelb und rot kennen und einen Hinweis geben, wenn Datenverlust bevorsteht.

Ja und mit Rohdaten die sie nicht kennen, können die auch nichts brauchbares anzeigen.

Außerdem sind so Ampelschilder nur eine Vereinfachung dessen, was dahinter steckt.
Da die Programme den Einsatzzweck der Platten nicht kennen, können sie nur so ungefähr sagen, ob es Zeit wird die Platte auszutauschen.

Die rufen die Daten eben selber direkt über SMART ab. Wenn Du dir selber eine aufwendige Grafikdarstellung nach eigenen Vorstellungen machen willst, dann musst Du dir da selber was ausdenken.

Die Frage koennen dir die SMART-Daten nicht beantworten. Die sagen dir nur, ob eine Festplatte fehlerhaft aussieht. Ich hatte schon oefters Disks, deren SMART-Daten voellig ok waren, die aber im Betrieb IO-Errors am laufenden Band produzierten.
Die wichtigsten SMART-Fehlerindikatoren sind die beiden hier:
5 Reallocated_Sector_Ct 0x0033 100 100 005 Pre-fail Always - 0 197 Current_Pending_Sector 0x0022 100 100 000 Old_age Always - 0
Und die sehen bei beiden Disks ok aus.
