Householder Qr Zerlegung

  • Hi! Ich habe hier einen Code für die QR Zerlegung.
    Er läuft und soweit ist er mir klar bis auf eine Sache:
    In der qrdcmp Funktion habe ich eine scale Variable (Zeile 115). Kann mir wer sagen, warum man sie einführt oder was die bringen soll?

    #include <stdio.h>
    #include <stdlib.h>
    #include <math.h>

    #define SIGN(a,b) ((b) > 0.0 ? fabs(a) : - fabs(a))

    static double maxarg1,maxarg2;
    #define FMAX(a,b) (maxarg1 = (a),maxarg2 = (b),(maxarg1) > (maxarg2) ? (maxarg1) : (maxarg2))

    static double sqrarg;
    #define SQR(a) ((sqrarg = (a)) == 0.0 ? 0.0 : sqrarg * sqrarg)

    //Global Variables
    double **a; //Matrix whose SVD needs to be found
    double *c;
    double *d;

    //Function
    int qrdcmp(double **a, int m, int n, double *c, double *d);

    int main (void)
    {
    int m, n;
    int i, j;

    printf("Enter the parameters for a square matrix(A)\n");
    scanf("%d%d", &m, &n);

    //Assigning A matrix
    a = malloc(sizeof (double*)*m); //allocate M rows to dmatrix

    for (i =0; i < m; i++)
    {a[i] = malloc (sizeof (double)*n);} // Now for each row, allocate N actual floats

    // From this step we have a matrix of M rows and N columns worth of floats
    printf("Enter the elements of an array\n");

  • Wäre das nicht besser im Unterforum "Mathematik und Physik" aufgehoben?

    Und nur weil C keine Einrückung verlangt, heißt es nicht, dass man darauf verzichten soll.
