Responsibilities

- Take ownership of our training and development processes
- A secure point of contact by offering support to all members of our team as necessary
- Grow and optimize our internal HR processes in a fast-paced agile environment 
- Execute various projects as necessary

Skills

- Good command of the Microsoft Office package and Google Apps
- Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in person)
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Excellent organizational skills with on ability to think proactively and prioritize
- Fluency in German and English
