What we expect
- systemic and constructive thinking and acting
- work experience in software engineering in Java (EE)
- experiences with distributed systems, web services, and optimally Microservices
- knowledge in agile software development and test driven development (Scrum, TDD)
- preferable: Knowledge in JPA (Hibernate), SOAP, REST, JDBC, GWT or Vue.js
- structured and goal-oriented way of working, willingness to take responsibility
- high degree of professional and social competence together with a sense of responsibility

- good written and spoken communication skills in German and English
