unix timestamp > SYSTEMTIME

Wie kriege ich nen unix-timestamp so umgebastelt, dass ich hinterher ne SYSTEMTIME-Struktur gefüllt hab ?
Muss ich da Schaltjahr-Kram mitberücksichtigen ? - Da hab ich nämlich keinen Durchblick...

(Hoffentlich gibts da ne fertige Funktion für, die ich nur noch nich kenne *gg*)
