Visual Studio: Delay notification

    When the system is out of resources, I need to close Visual Studio, because it uses a lot of memory.

    But in such cases I getting strange "Delay notofication" window. Especially when Help window (Document Explorer) is opened.
    It needs a few minutes to close (due to a swapping, I only have 2GB of RAM), so, Visual Studio thinks that Document Explorer is busy.

    I can'not close that window, because it waiting for itself. So I decided to end Visual Studio process using Task Manager. But after I end it, it automatically restarted!

    P.S.: VS 2008 Prof, Win Vista. The same problem with VS 2005 Prof Win Vista, and with VS 2005 Prof Win XP.
