Ich glaube, er will profilen und nicht debuggen. Ich kann dir allerdings nicht helfen, da ich unter Linux mit C::B arbeite.

Ich würde es mal mit LTProf probieren. Das ist ein ziemlich guter Stand-alone Profiler für Windows.
