Windows herunterfahren in C?

Moin,
ich möchte einen Rechner ohne Maus und Tastatur beutzen und diesen entsprechend über Netzwerk herunterfahren. Mein Hauptprogramm ist in Java und wenn ich Windows 98 über RUNDLL.exe herunterfahren möchte, so kommt erst noch ein Bestätigungsfenster, Windows könne das Programm nicht selbstständig beenden und man solle doch OK oder ABBRECHEN drücken. Wie kann man in C ohne Rücksicht auf Verluste und vorallem ohne diese lästige Bestätigung Windows 98 herunterfahren? Geht das überhaupt?

beim Befehl rundll32.exe -user,exitwindows fragt win98 nicht mehr nach. jedenfalls hat er bei mir nicht nachgefragt, ich weiß ja nicht, wie dein befehl aussieht.

Dazu würde ich die WinAPI Funktion ExitWindowsEx() nehmen. Ist auch ein Beispiel drin...
